How can I pay for my order?

We accept payment via PayPal, which allows payment via all the major credit and debit card types, as well as via your bank account. You don’t even need a PayPal account to use PayPal!

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver all over the world! You can find out more about our delivery information here.

How long will it take for me to get my order?

It depends where you are in the world! We usually dispatch all our orders within 48 hours for orders made on weekdays (excluding bank holidays). Your order should be with you a couple of days after this. Our delivery information page will give you an idea of delivery time based on your location.

My order hasn’t arrived, what should I do?

Don’t panic! If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 working days of making it, get in touch with us, and we’ll be able to help you!

I want to return or exchange something in my order.

Not a problem. We offer a 30 day returns policy, which you can find here, with details about how to request a return.
